The FC Bayern Global Academy gives talented U18 players the chance to live and train like professionals in Munich. Spend an entire season at the world-class FC Bayern Campus and develop your game under the philosophy of Germany’s most successful club.
For eight months, train in professional conditions at the FC Bayern Campus, the club’s youth performance center, and at Säbener Straße, the iconic home of FC Bayern’s first team. Guided by experienced FC Bayern coaches, this is a unique opportunity to pursue playing professional football at the highest level.

Designed to provide a professional experience, the program takes place at the club’s official facilities and follows the CD Leganés methodology, known for its technical-tactical approach, high standards, and playerfocused adaptation.
