The Academy, which offers two pathways: a Barcelona-based residential experience and an International format, allows players to develop within our methodology regardless of their location. Both pathways are designed to help players reach their best version through a structured, individualized approach.

TNL Barcelona Academy
(Residential Program in Barcelona)
Our flagship program based in Barcelona, designed for players who want to fully immerse themselves in a professional football environment.
Players live in the city, train weekly with local clubs, and follow an individualized development plan supported by our multidisciplinary team with experience in the best clubs of the city, including FC Barcelona. This experience combines high-level football, personal growth, and a real exposure to Barcelona football culture.
TNL International Academy
(Immersive Stages in Barcelona + Video Analysis Sessions Online)
A flexible pathway for international players who want to develop under the TNL methodology from their home country.
Players receive continuous support through video analysis, individualized development plan, and regular follow-ups, with the opportunity to join immersive stages in Barcelona – from one week to three months – to experience football in a real, competitive environment.
International Tournaments in Barcelona
(MIC & SURF Cup)
Players represent TNL in some of the most prestigious youth tournaments in the world, such as the MIC (Easter) and the SURF International Cup (Thanksgiving).
These experiences are invitation-only, and participation is limited to players who are part of the TNL Academy or those who are individually selected after a video highlight evaluation.
They provide high-level competition, international exposure, and the opportunity to compete against top academies and professional clubs.
Summer Training Camp in Barcelona
An intensive training experience held in Barcelona, designed for players looking to elevate their level during the summer period.
This program is also invitation-only, available to TNL Academy players or to selected players who are accepted after reviewing their video highlights.
The program focuses on technical, tactical, and cognitive development, while allowing players to experience our methodology and daily training environment firsthand.
TNL International Camps
We organize football camps worldwide in collaboration with local partners and clubs.
These camps are designed to share our training methodology, provide high-quality coaching, and identify talented players who could join the TNL Academy.
TNL Team Experiences
A unique opportunity for teams, clubs, or groups to travel to top football destinations such as Barcelona.
Participants train under professional methodologies, compete against local teams, and enjoy a complete football and cultural experience, combining development, exposure, and unforgettable moments.
