Program Objectives
The main goal is to deliver a high-level football training experience that enhances both athletic development and personal growth. With the support of a committed technical team, we work across the following key areas:
- FOOTBALL: Intensive training based on the club’s official methodology, conducted at professional facilities with personalized follow-up and performance analysis.
- EXPERIENCE: Players live the daily routine of a highlevel footballer — physical and tactical sessions, mentoring, tournaments, emotional well-being, and training in leadership. A multidisciplinary team supports their full development.
- CULTURE & EDUCATION: Madrid offers a safe and stimulating cultural environment. Additionally, through the Universidad Europea de Madrid, players can study undergraduate degrees in different languages and complete internships within the club, combining sport with academic development.
